- Primero. Dejar sin efecto el auto de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota de agosto 30 de 2007, dentro del proceso de accion de tutela de Isidro Garcia Garcia contra la Gobernacion del Departamento de Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la impugnacion formulada del proceso de accion de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, al Juzgado 3deg Civil del Circuito de Bogota y al Juzgado 44 Administrativo del Circuito de Bogota, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
